Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the crystal to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully wrap the quartz point in its original protective padding and double-box the item to prevent fractures or chipping during transit.
Shipping Your Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the crystal is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
