This gorgeous one-of-a-kind Sterling Silver wire-wrapped Baltic Amber pendant necklace was handmade by Scott Mcneely, in the U.S.A. The chain is adjustable and has a lobster claw clasp.
Baltic Amber can be found in the Baltic region of northern Europe and is a tree resin that has been fossilized. It contains very high amounts of succinic acid, which is an alpha, omega-dicarboxylic acid, so it has also gained the name Succinite. This type of acid is an alkalinizing acid.
Measurements:Ā This adjustable chain adjusts out to 20 inches in length. The Amber pendant is 25mm long and 15mm wide.
Cleaning Instructions:Ā You can clean the chain with Sterling Silver liquid cleaner, then rinse with water and pat dry.
